Several black and white photos of old decoys are in the directory. Also a group photo taken by Hy Dahlka, probably in the late 1960s, of Ferdinand Bach, Tom Schroeder, Ben J. Schmidt, Ralph Johnson and Charles Pozzini each holding a sample of their own decoys.

This was the first in a series of specific decoy exhibitions at Ohio’s annual show. Twenty-eight pages of black & white photos of Black Ducks on exhibit in 1984.

We also have (not pictured) a selection (24) of the NORTH AMERICAN DECOYS; WILDFOWL CARVERS AND COLLECTORS NEWS, a quarterly magazine published by Hillcrest Publications (Byron and Maureen Cheever, Utah). They contain lots of stories about carvers, competitions, collectors, and old-time waterfowlers with many color and black & white photos. We have magazines from 1971 to 1982 with complete sets for 1971, 1974, 1975 and 1978.

A “CATALOG OF THE EXHIBITION” of a selected group of decoys from the extensive collection of Wm. Mackey, Jr. which were shown at museums in Minnesota and Wisconsin in late 1967. Twenty black and white pictures are printed in the catalog.
